one mile from the ski area. Located at the prestigious Peaks at Mt Will.
House sleeps up to 12 however we prefer smaller parties of 4 to 8 (less
wear and tear) and will offer special affordable rates to groups this
size.

This luxury Ski House sleeps 12 and is tastefully decorated with Antique
Skis, snowshoes, sleds and toboggans. Radiant Floor heat plus 2 Gas

Slopeside
When we went looking for a ski house at Sunday River we had one key criteria, it had to be slopeside! We stayed and toured every slopeside condo complex at Sunday River and eventually determined this location one mile from the ski area was the best place stay for the following reasons:
- We wanted luxury lodging and none of the slopeside lodging at Sunday River even comes close to being able to claim luxury.
- You can have a drink on the porch at the end of the day, have an awesome view of the mountain and still have the sun in your face.
- Slopeside homes and condominiums lose the sun in winter about 3pm. Our mountainside home is basked in sunlight until about 6pm.
- Our mountainside home has awesome sunsets (pictured right) you cannot get in a northward facing slope side home.
- You can SEE where the famed Sunday River snowmakers are making snow from our house built with 6 inch plus insulated walls. This is far better than listening to them all night in a condo with 2x4 construction.
- You can WATCH the lights of the groomers dance across the mountainside all night from our house and plot your mountain “crush the cord” attack the next day. You do not have to lie awake listening to them and wondering if they are grooming your favorite trail.
- Many slopeside homes do not even have a deck. If they do it is often very small and faces northeast (do you really want to watch the sunrise in your eyes?). Our house has a 14 x 28 foot covered deck with a southwest exposure. Perfect for sunsets and to watch the sunrise as it lights up the peaks of Sunday River.
- Still feel your next vacation getaway has to be slopeside - visit Sunday River Ski Resort's web site as they have nearly all of the slopeside condominiums, inns and hotels on their web site.
